Delivery Information

We are able to take telephone orders and web orders if you prefer to stay in or please do come and visit the shop and see all the wonderful plants and flowers that we have.

Shop open: Mon – Sat 9am-4pm

Delivery times: Mon – Sat 8.00am – 5pm (these are approximate and deliveries may be outside these times)

Same day delivery – unfortunately we are unable to offer ‘same day delivery’ at the moment.

Please note: We do not deliver on Sundays (except for the UK’s Mothering Sunday)

AM or PM deliveries: we cannot guarantee either AM or PM delivery, even if requested, but we will do our best.

Delivery options: standard delivery is £7.99

Specified delivery time: sorry but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time (except for funeral or wedding orders) but we will do our very best if either AM or PM delivery is requested

During peak times (Christmas, Valentines and Mothers Day) we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

International delivery – £9.99

Orders that include alcoholic drinks: these are subject to the licencing laws and as such will only be delivered if there is someone over the age of 18 at the delivery address. Proof of age may be asked for if the recipient is lucky enough to look under the age of 25. All orders not delivered will be returned to the shop and a card left requesting customer collection from the shop.

Wedding and funeral orders are guaranteed for the time required.
